These terms explain how HiddenFiles accounts, purchases, deposits and digital downloads work.
1. Platform Use
HiddenFiles is a digital marketplace for premium files. By using the website, creating an account, adding balance, purchasing products or downloading files, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Any activity made from your account may be treated as authorized by you. HiddenFiles may restrict, suspend or remove accounts involved in abuse, fraud, chargebacks, unauthorized access, spam or policy violations.
3. Digital Products
Products sold on HiddenFiles are digital downloadable items. After payment is completed, access to the purchased file may be unlocked through your account. You must review the product title, description, screenshots and details before purchasing.
4. Wallet Balance and Deposits
Users may add balance using supported payment methods such as card payments or cryptocurrency deposits. Crypto deposit requests may expire if payment is not received within the displayed time window. Incorrect network, wrong coin, partial payment or late payment may cause delays or loss of funds depending on the payment provider and blockchain conditions.
5. Payments
Card payments may be processed through Stripe. Cryptocurrency payments may be processed through NOWPayments or another crypto payment provider. HiddenFiles does not store full card details. Payment provider rules, blockchain fees and network confirmations may apply.
6. Downloads and Access
Purchased files are available only to the account that completed the payment. Sharing private download links, reselling protected downloads without permission, attempting to bypass payment checks or abusing download access is prohibited.
7. Prohibited Activity
You may not attack, scan, overload, exploit, reverse engineer, bypass authentication, upload malicious files, attempt unauthorized access, automate abusive requests, or use HiddenFiles for illegal activity.
8. Availability
HiddenFiles aims to keep the platform available, but service interruptions, maintenance, payment provider delays, server issues or blockchain delays may occur.
9. Changes
HiddenFiles may update these terms when needed. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
